Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Product is damaged or defective
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product does not match description

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order products and items purchased during special offers may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or product defect, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
